# Cant move to developer plan

My account is stuck on the Free tier even though I’ve already added a valid payment method. In fact, I have two cards showing under “Add Card” in my billing settings, but the plan still shows Free as the Active Plan and the Developer column still says “Add Card to Upgrade.” Refreshing the page doesn’t change anything.

This seems to be the same billing migration issue other users have reported in the community forum, where the automatic transition from Free to Developer tier isn’t working. Could you please manually move my account to the Developer tier?
