AI Credit Pre-Paid Model is changed again?

Hi Sambanova

Past 1 month we had new billing system of Pre-Paid with Credit. Load Money and start using it.

Now that menu is gone again, how to use now. We are stuck now the API says credit limit reached but there is no option to load credit. Not sure if this is a bug or change in feature

Thank you for reporting this.

We checked from our side and can still see the “Add Credits” option available under Plans → Commits and Credits in the dashboard. We’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

It’s possible this could be related to an account-specific issue, browser cache/session issue, or a temporary UI inconsistency. Could you please try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging out and back in
  • Trying in an incognito/private window
  • Testing with another browser

If the issue still persists, please share a screenshot of what you are seeing from your account, and we’ll investigate further.

Hi

I checked, i refreshed the browser, i did Ctrl+Shift+R… but still same. It is vanished, see the below screenshot
