Ask about hackaton submission

Hi I have multiple questions about the submission process:

  1. Where should I include the link to the website, the repo link, and the email address that should be invited to the repo?
  2. In the submission rules, it says, ‘Submit your project through the designated submission portal on the SambaNova Community website (the “Hackathon Website”).’ Could you clarify where exactly this portal is located on the SambaNova Community website? I wasn’t able to find any submission section there."

Thank you.

Looking forward to seeing the submission!

  1. in the submission process, there should be text form to submit the gihub link. The expectation should be that the repo is public
  2. You will be submitting in the Showcase section of the community. I updated the text in for the prize to be more clear

Post your project to the SambaNova Developer Community under Showcase category and get the most likes by the end of the hackathon. In your title, make sure to add the hashtag #lightning_hackathon

Hi @vasanth.mohan

  1. Since my submission is a real project planned for release, I’m concerned about sharing the full code publicly. Is there a way I can submit it privately or only grant access to the judges?
  2. Ok, will check the Showcase section.

Thank you.

Hi @vasanth.mohan I wanted to follow up on my previous questions. I just need to include the repository link to complete my submission, but if it can’t be changed, I may not be able to participate in the current hackathon.

Sorry for the delayed response. When you submit, put the link to the Github repo and then we will follow up later on which judges to add the project.

It will impact the Reusability score when judging if it is not public.

Let us know if you have any further questions on this.

Hi @vasanth.mohan Hi, thank you for your explanation, I truly appreciate it.
