Developer tier free models not working

I added card payment details to the sambanova cloud for developer tier access abut even after adding card details i face issue of ratelimits after one single message of request it says no credits and after sometime it answers question and then again same issue no credits please fix this

We understand that you’re intermittently seeing “no credits” errors even after a successful response. We’d be happy to look into this further.

To investigate further, could you please share the following details:

  • Account email/organization name used to sign up for SambaNova Cloud

  • A screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing

  • Which model(s) you were using when this occurred

  • Roughly how many requests you were sending, and over what time period

One more detail that would be very helpful for us in looking into this:

  • When you have a moment, could you please let us know approximately when you added the card?
  • Could you also let us know if you received any confirmation that the card was successfully saved?

I added the card today itself my email ID is dfaizanj@gmail

associated to the account and facing this issue for all ai models unfortunately can’t upload any screenshot images here as it is showing that am a new user however when I sent hi to one of the ai models it shows add credits or insufficient credits sometimes it responds and then again same issue

Yes my card was showing up after saving all billing information and also when I checked the plans section was also showing developer tier but the requests are not being served saying insufficient credits.

having the same issues, is sambanova still serving customers? :sob:
