Inspiration

I have a friend of my who works with a Tele-communication companies that deals with hundreds of thousands of Contracts Documents. Analyzing those documents eg. for its Contents, Terms and Condition etc. is very tedious and time consuming and it has never been easy.

Again Some Local Farmers in my area who signs Farmers Contract Legal Documents from /with their Contracting Agencies often complains that the documents is always lengthy and also not in their native language and thus understanding those Contracts Documents Terms and Condition is tire-some.

In other words, there is a need for an AI tool that can translate, simplify Contracts Documents and make it easily understandable. To this effect, Docs AI was born…

What it does

Docs AI is an AI tool that allows users to easily analyze Text and PDF Legal Contracts Documents leveraging Sambanova AI.

Here, user either enter the Text Data or uploads the PDF Documents to be Analyze.

The application leverages Sambanova AI. to analyze contracts documents as per function below.

  • Summarization: This Components allows Users to summarize documents saving you Time & Energy.
  • Translation: This Components allows Users to translate documents from one language to another thus making the documents content available in the Users Native Language(UNL) for easy understanding.
  • Sentiments Analysis: This Components allows Users to run documents sentimental analysis to ascertain Documents Negativity, Positivity or Neutrality Statements.
  • Keywords Analysis: This Components allows Users to pin-point all the necessary Keywords, Keyphrases found in the documents. This makes Documents Comprehension more easier than ever…
