Click (Customize and control Google Chrome), then select History, and then History.
Click Clear Browsing data.
Select all checkboxes in Clear Browsing data.
In Time range, select All time.
Click Clear data.
Open Network Diagnostics.
Click (Customize and Control Google Chrome icon), select More tools, and then Developer tools.
Click Network.
Click (Clear) to remove any existing network information in the log.
Select the Preserve log check box.
Select Auto-open DevTools for popups global preference.
Click (Settings).
In Preferences, from Global, select Auto-open DevTools for popups.
Close Settings.
Click (Record network log).
From the current Chrome tab, sign in to the SambaStudio environment and perform the use case that causes performance or functional issues. Do not switch tab or open a new tab.
Sign out of SambaStudio.
From the same Chrome tab as in Step 3, sign in to the same SambaStudio again and perform the same use case that causes performance or functional issues to ensure that the browser has cached static content.
Click (All Traffic).
Right-click in the Name column and select Save all as HAR with content, and save the trace information to a local directory.
Microsoft Edge:
Clear the cache.
Click (Settings and More ), then select History, and then Clear Browsing data.
Select all check boxes in Clear browsing data.
In Time range, select All time.
Click Clear now.
Open Network Diagnostics.
Click (Settings and More ), then select More tools, and then Developer tools.
Click Network.
Click (Clear) to remove any existing network information in the log.

Right-click anywhere within the network tab and select Save all as HAR with Content, and then save the trace information to a local directory.
Firefox:
Clear the cache in Firefox.
Click (View history, saved bookmarks, and more icon), then select History, and then Clear Recent History.
In the Time range to clear, select Everything.
Click Clear Now.
Open Network Diagnostics. Click (Open Menu icon), select Web Developer, and then Network.
Click (Console Settings) and ensure that Persist Logs is selected.
Sign in to the SambaStudio environment and perform the use case that causes performance or functional issues.
Sign out of SambaStudio.
Sign in to the SambaStudio environment again and perform the same use case that causes performance or functional issues to ensure the browser has cached static content.
Refresh the Network tab.
Click (All Traffic).
Right-click anywhere within the network tab, select Save all as HAR with Content, and then save the trace information to a local directory.
