I am a Domain expert and not a developer. But was interested in Knowledge retrieval use case and uploaded a complex regulatory document and asked few questions.
I found this error message which is attached here (not in position and not in range). This document has free text, images (which contains text, table and figures). I asked there questions that are related to free text, images and tables but none of which was successful. Not sure if I made any set up errors. Hope someone can help test the integrity and speed of your solutions. Thanks and looking forward.

I tested the same PDF (samba_turbo.pdf) on Safari version 17.6 and did not encounter any errors. Could you kindly share the sample questions you tested? It appears that the issue may lie within the questions themselves. Could you please review the process once more?
If the issue persists, would it be possible to discuss and resolve it over a Zoom call?
Sorry for bit delay on my side. I checked back on chrome incognito mode as well loading the sample pdf. got the same error. Here is the question - How fast is sambanova based on the leaderboard?. I am trying AI starter kits but it fails miserably with errors. It creates doubt if SambaNova is as good as it projects on its website. Any idea how to get AI starter kits working without errors ?

As per my experience, not only Knowledge database assistant, but none of AI starter works. it throws same error all the time. where i change browser or file type.
@riteshsaurabh please regenerate your api key, this error ocurres when you api key has an invalid character, this could happen when copy and paste the API Key
