How can i apply my Free Credits of MARKETING or LOYALTY
From time to time i got Free Credits like MARKETING and LOYALTY, but i was never able to use them. When the month end billing comes there is no option to apply these or they are not getting auto applied.
Also these have some expiry dates, there is no flexibility to apply them before expiry date. Somehow i feel these are just of no use or i am missing something ? As i do not see any ways to apply them

@ritesh.khapre The credit duration was for 1 month and those credits started on September 10th and expired on October 10th. I can see that these credits were applied against your September usage resulting in a $0.00 USD bill at the end of the month .

okay but we did not had option to prioritize credits and use them, like i got $50 ( expire 10/10) and $30 ( expire still 58 days left),
So $30 got utilized which still has 58 days and $50 completely lost
It should have been option to utilize the “MARKETING” first and then “LOYALTY”

@ritesh.khapre I will file an enhancement on credit prioritization and in the mean time reset your 50 award and set it good through the end of November.
