I was trying to download a dataset and then all the rdus became busy and some of the dataset show that they connot be downloaded is there a way to stop all the rdus operations or see the data in the dataset without using the rdu
Hello BodyShady20,
Can you give me some more details about what you are trying to do?
The cloud api service doesn’t expose underlying infra to users. Are you a SambaStudio customer or just looking for general information?
Thanks!
Seth
@bodyshady20 Your problem statement is not possible when weighed against any of our on-prem or cloud offerings. In our architecture an RDU is nowhere in the path of standard data download/upload operations. Do you have a phone number that I may call you at to discuss what you are attempting to accomplish ? If so you may PM it to me with your name and company name and the best time to contact you .

I have access to sambastudio I was trying to see the data in the datasets provided so that I can see how should my dataset look when I upload them but when I press download all the rdus became busy and the 3 dots on some datasets disappeared how can I stop the rdus or revert back to before I pressed download I am not training or making and endpoint so how are the rdus busy how do I stop them
@bodyshady20 RDUS can be being consumed by other users or endpoints in your tenants. This however should not impact any dataset operations . Please PM with your contact information and the url for the SambaStudio environment you are accessing.

@bodyshady20 I have confirmed that the environment you are using is a single node tenant (so only 8 sockets) and all 8 of those sockets are being used by an endpoint . Please talk to your team have
