I am locked out of my account

Hi. I recently changed my main domain on google workspaces and now I can’t sign in my account in samba nova. I am using sambanova with google SSO. But going in with the new domain created a new account. For example Stripe handles this correctly. It knows that my google id is the same and just changes the email. What can I do to get my account back?

old domain: glacey . app

new domain: glazey . ai

Couldn’t find a way to speak with a technical support from the company. That’s why I am writing here.

@tihomir may we please have your account and domain of the original and new and your google ID. If you do not feel comfortable sharing that in a public forum open a support case for this by emailing help@sambanova.ai . We will have to open a ticket to engineering to se if they can make this possible at present our cloud application was not designed to handle this situation.
