I had been using this platform from many months and paying every month through CC, now i am getting error as out of credits

Today i got error as You have run out of credits, please add more credits to continue” but i had been using first and then paying monthly. Is something changed in past 2 days as APIs were working well till yesterday.

Please let me know urgently on this

We’re reaching out to let you know that the billing changes we communicated a few weeks ago are now live for the SambaCloud Developer Tier. Starting today, SambaCloud now operates on a prepaid, credits-based model.

  • Add credits before making API calls

  • Usage draws down from your credit balance

  • End-of-month Developer Tier billing will be discontinued

I have added credits, but it says Void. not sure why and does not asked for payment as well. Under billing it is saying VOID

i changed my cc and it worked. moved from master to visa

if we credit 50 upfront and we consume only 30 in that period, will that 20 will carry forward to next month? As i see it shows credit by month

@ritesh.khapre Yes, any unused credits will carry forward, and they remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
