I have observed that similar issue was not being resolved for 3 days for some folks. I expect a better time for this resolution as i don’t want to waste this weekend of my work.
you should have access now. We are still in the middle of migrating our billing system to a new release and we are having to toggle the tiers from Free to developer manually.
