Hey, so I’m on dev tier but i get “sambanova.UnprocessableEntityError: Couldn’t find valid service tier! Please contact your administrator”. Using the API btw, the playground works. Other models work using the API.

Could you please confirm if you are using a different account to access the developer tier? This will help us investigate the issue further.

@noltrix and @brunton.andy You need to add a credit card in to your billing in order to access the Developer tier. Once you do let me know so I cna ensure your account transitions properly.

@noltrix I apologize for the confusion as you are technically on the free plan until a payment method is entered. MiniMax2.5 is not available on free. You can use the free tier and credits for any of our other models if you wish.

Same for me, after adding my billing information and creating a new api key, i get Couldn’t find valid service tier! Please contact your administrator.
My account indicates that I am on the Pro plan, yet I do not have access to MiniMax 2.5 as advertised. This discrepancy is blocking my work.
If this issue is not resolved today, I will migrate my project to another API endpoint. At this point, the time required to debug this problem exceeds the effort needed to switch providers.
This is particularly disappointing, as the high token throughput you advertise was a key factor in my decision to use your service.
@noltrix you should have access now. We are still in the middle of migrating our billing system to a new release and we are having to toggle the tiers from Free to developer manually.
