I am writing to inquire about the recent unavailability of the Qwen2.5-72B-Instruct model. We noticed that the model became temporarily inaccessible without prior notification, which caused significant disruption to our production workflows.
To help us better plan and mitigate risks, could you kindly clarify:
- The reason for the model’s unavailability (e.g., maintenance, updates, or technical issues)?
- Whether there are channels (e.g., email alerts, status pages, or dashboards) to receive advance notifications for planned downtime or unexpected outages?
- The expected frequency or duration of such incidents in the future?
As this model is critical to our operations, sudden unavailability can have substantial business impacts. We would greatly appreciate proactive communication about service interruptions to minimize potential disruptions.
