Rate limits for Developer Tier still only 20 requests per minute

I am using DeepSeek-V3-024, and for the Developer Tier, the rate limits are 60 requests per minute as per the documentation. But, I get a 429 Too Many Requests Error after 20 requests.

I have added my payment method and made a payment for the last month, but I still get this error. Could you please tell me how to get this to 60?

@madirajupriyanka I manually corrected your tier, please try again as I want to see if it shifts your tier backwards.
