Rate limits for Developer Tier still only 20 requests per minute

still stuck on free tier even though I have a credit card enabled. please fix.

You should have access now.
We are currently in the process of migrating our billing system to a new release, and during this time, we need to manually toggle the tiers from Free to Developer.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused and appreciate your patience while we complete this transition.
