Set up CC, dev plan, set up claude code following wiki, get 429 every time, never successful

Did a request through curl and it was successful, maybe something about claude code is / claude code router is busted?

Also I set it up with roo (cline) in VSCode which should have a 240 rpm rate limit, and I got some responses initially, but even if I set a 1s between requests config in roo, it is rate limiting me? Even if I wait 10 sec manually it’s rate limiting me? I was impressed with the throughput I saw indicated on openrouter, but I’ve wasted 2 hours trying to get this provider to work and I’m pretty close to giving up and deleting my account

you should have access now. We are still in the middle of migrating our billing system to a new release and we are having to toggle the tiers from Free to developer manually.
